The hotel offered really good service, making us feel right at home. The staff, possibly a mother and son duo, were attentive and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. the hotel's location was ideal as it was within walking distance to all the attractions in the city.

The breakfast options were limited to sweet items only, lacking savory options like ham, salami, cheese. This could be disappointing who prefer a more balanced breakfast.

We had an very nice stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a minute's walk to the main square and near the city's historic center. It was also conveniently located just down the road from the train station, making it easy for us to walk back after a day of exploring. The staff were excellent and were great for us, even surprising us with a bottle of fizz for our birthday celebration. They securely stowed our bags before check-in and booked taxis for our vineyard tour. The rooms were impeccably cleaned each day and had modern sockets and switches. The hotel facilities were great, with an excellent coffee machine in each room.

The room wasvery comfy and tidy, and I had no issues with noise from the street. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. There was nothing I didn't like.

I was actually surprised by the convenient location of the hotel. It was only a short walk away from major attractions such as the Duomo and Piazza della Signoria. The staff were friendly and were great by carrying our heavy luggage up the stairs. Despite the thin walls, we didn't hear much outside noise. The hotel also provided stable and strong WiFi connection. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and friendly staff.

They were friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable. Lastly, the room we stayed in was lovely. The bed was comfortable, and we had a great view of the duomo from our window. Plus, the room had a bathtub, which was a nice touch. The breakfast served at this hotel was also quite nice, with yogurt and some jam options available.

While my overall stay at this hotel was great, there was one small aspect that could be improved.
